Program

Day 1 — Arrival

Flight: EU → Istanbul → Bishkek (Manas International Airport)
Overnight flight to Kyrgyzstan.

Day 2 — Welcome to Kyrgyzstan

Arrival: Early morning in Bishkek
You’ll be welcomed by Dilara and our driver for a scenic transfer to Karakol town (approx. 6 hours).
After arrival, take some time to rest and explore the city.

Accommodation: Cozy yurt or guesthouse

Day 3 — Start of the Jeep Adventure

Today we begin our off-road jeep journey into the wild Enilchek region.
Our local driver knows every corner of the area — we can stop anytime for photos or short hikes.
Note: From today, there will be no phone reception for a few days.

We’ll spend the night in Enilchek, a fascinating semi-abandoned mining town. Once home to 3,000 people, today only about 10 families live here — a photographer’s dream!

Accommodation: Local homestay (shared bathroom)

Day 4 — Kaindy Valley

We take a day trip to the breathtaking Kaindy Valley (1.5 hrs drive).
This remote valley is rarely visited by tourists and offers an authentic look into mountain shepherd life.
Feel free to walk and explore wherever you like.

Accommodation: Shepherd’s home (no running water, basic toilet)

Day 5 — Explore & Relax

Optional horse riding or hiking in the morning — plenty of scenic options available!
In the afternoon, we drive back to Enilchek and stop at the natural hot springs for a dip (if not too hot!).
Join locals for a friendly football or ping-pong game in the evening.

Accommodation: Local homestay (shared bathroom)

Day 6 — Into the Sary Jaz Valley

Today’s drive takes us through mountain passes with incredible views — glaciers and 5,000–7,000m peaks all around.
We’ll stop for short hikes and photography.

Accommodation:

Option 1: Karkyra Basecamp

Option 2: Camping in tents in the valley (more beautiful, less comfort — but highly recommended!)

Day 7 — Return to Civilization

Jeep ride back to Barskoon (around 4 hours).
You can go for a swim in Issyk Kul Lake or stop at scenic valleys for a picnic or short hike.

You’ll meet your horse guide, Joldosh, whose family runs the guesthouse where we’ll stay tonight.
You can also leave extra luggage here before the trek.

Accommodation: Guesthouse (shared bathroom)

🏔️ Days 8–12 — 5-Day Trekking Expedition

Experience five days of unforgettable trekking through untouched valleys and alpine scenery.

Luggage: Carried by pack horses

You carry: Day backpack (rain gear, water, sunscreen, etc.)

Gear provided: 40L drybag per guest + tents

Along the way, we’ll meet local shepherds, see yaks, and taste kumis (fermented horse milk).
